Future is electric, and Major companies have taken big steps towards this green future. Here is one more, the world`s third largest car maker Volkswagen today in Berlin, unveiled the first of 500 electric drive Golfs produced for a consumer fleet test that starts next year. And the occasion was the launch of the National Platform for Electric Mobility, a public-private partnership to promote electric vehicles in Germany.
